Our normal business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, PST, Monday through Friday. Shipments are made from Buena Park, California and Santa Ana, California. Our warehouses are not open to the public. Orders, returns or exchanges cannot be made in person.

FAQ's


What are the Patent, PU and Stretch materials like?

Patent has a very shiny, vinyl-like appearance to it. Pu, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny but generally matte man made material with a leather-like look. Stretch Patent or Pu is a thin, stretchy material, which fits the contours of the feet or legs.


Is my personal information secure?

swanky online is dedicated to keeping your personal information secure and private. We operate through Yahoo! so you can be sure you are protected by a name you trust.


When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Items otherwise noted are shipped as indicated. Status of your order is available on your Order Status page, which is available through your Order Confirmation Email.

We will usually ship in-stock items first and contact you to let you know if an item is out of stock. Out of stock items will be shipped out separately, as soon as they're available. In rare cases, we may put your entire order on hold and ship the order as soon as the out of stock items are available. We will email you to notify you prior to placing the entire order on hold. You may cancel back orders at any time by contacting us.


When will my order arrive?

Once you have placed your order, you can check your order status through your Order Status page, which is available through your Order Confirmation Email. Tracking information will be sent via e-mail once your order has been shipped.


How do I return an item?

Return/Exchange Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept any returns for a refund (less any shipping/handling costs) within 14 days of receipt of shipment. (Exclusions do apply. Please see below for more information.) Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to apply to your account. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original invoice and must have the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package, which you can receive by contacting us. Packages received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned. A request for an exchange of size or color of original purchase item must be made within 20 days from date of shipment. Items that appear to have been worn, laundered or are damaged or soiled can not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Sale/Clearance Items: All sale, clearance or closeout purchases are final sale.

Seasonal Items: Seasonal item purchases (i.e. Halloween, Valentine's, or Christmas-related), including accessories and costume accessories, can not be returned or exchanged due to their seasonal nature. All seasonal item purchases are final sale.

How to Measure

The following are tips to help you find your perfect fit. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact us.

  • Bust: Measure around your body, under your arms and over the fullest part of your bust. keep the measuring tape comfortably loose, not taut.
  • Waist: Hold the measuring tape at your natural waistline, keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose.
  • Hips: With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your body, placing the tape about midway between your crotch and belly button. again, keep the tape comfortably loose.
  • Inseam: Take a pair of pants that fit you well and lay them flat. Measure the inside seam from crotch to leg hem.

    Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. The Billing Address must match your billing address on your credit card statement. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

    We accept Paypal and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery and debit cards. Entering your credit card information on our site is completely safe. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.


    Sales Tax

    We collect 7.75% sales tax for shipments to addresses in the State of California.

    Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.

    Shipping Charges


    Standard Shipping

    $5 Flat Rate USPS Priority Shipping within United States for all apparel and accessories, regardless of amount.

    Shipping charges for orders including footwear vary by total weight.

    Order usually arrives within 1-4 days from shipment for in-stock items. Items not immediately available will be shipped separately within 21 days, depending on availability. Orders are automatically canceled 30 days after the order is placed, unless otherwise notified. (APO or FPO Delivery: 5-7 business days from shipment)


    Express Delivery

    $20 Flat Rate USPS Express Shipping within United States for all apparel, regardless of amount


    International Delivery

    Orders shipped outside of the United States vary by weight. Delivery times vary by country and shipping method.

    International Delivery Customs: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arriving in your country. swanky online does not collect duties and taxes. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.


    Delivery Confirmation

    On the date of shipment, we will email you confirmation of shipment showing order information, how it was shipped, tracking information and the total amount charged to your card.

    swanky online is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender, delay in shipping due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender or a re-route requested by the sender.


    Back Orders

    You may cancel back orders at any time by
    contacting us.



    Returns/Exchanges

    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn/unused purchases (excluding sale, clearance or seasonal merchandise) for a refund, exchange or store credit subject to the following terms:

  • Requests for returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Fee will be deducted from refund.
  • Exchanges are eligible up to 20 days from date of shipment.
  • Shipping and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
  • All sale, clearance or seasonal merchandise sales are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure to double-check your order prior to checking out.
  • Accessories and costume accessories are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Returned items that appear to have been worn or used will not be accepted.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, intimates (including hosiery) and select dancewear are final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange. If sanitary lining of swimsuit appears to have been removed, the item will be returned to sender.


  • Return/Exchange Instructions

    1. Please contact us to confirm return or exchange eligibility and for your Return Authorization number.

    2. Carefully package the unworn items to be returned. Enclose a copy of your original invoice in the return shipment. If you will be exchanging an item, please be sure to indicate which items(s) you will be returning and the size or color you would like to receive.

    3. Ship the package to our Returns Department, as indicated in your Return Authorization Email.

    You are responsible for return postage and we recommend insurance to guard against loss or damage. If you would like to track your item, we recommend purchasing delivery confirmation if it is not already included.

    Returns are generally processed every other week. Please allow up to 14 days before contacting us regarding your return and 30 days for your return credit to appear in your account.


    Defective Items/Items Sent in Error

    If you are returning a defective item or an item you were shipped in error, please
    contact us. We will work to try to save you any further inconvenience.


    Refunds:

    We will either issue a credit to your credit card account or send you a refund check, depending on how you paid for your original purchase. We will email you once a credit has been applied to your account. Please allow up to 3 business days after it is issued for the credit to be posted to your account.


    Exchanges/Store Credit Requests:

    There is no shipping charge for exchanging an item(s) for a different size. Exchanges for different styles, colors or different items are subject to standard shipping costs.

    Any balance due to you will either be refunded by issuing a credit to your credit card account or sending you a refund check, depending on how you paid for your original purchase.
